Counterweight hire for structures in Madrid.
Hire counterweights for structures in Madrid and across Spain from Peak Entertainment. We offer 120-litre barrels and Manfrotto sandbags to ballast truss, totems, lighting stands and supports at concerts, festivals, corporate events and outdoor set-ups. We are an audiovisual rental company based in Pinto (Madrid) and work throughout Spain: tell us what you are setting up and we will send you a quote and availability.
This category includes two types of counterweight. The Bidones 120L are 120-litre containers used as ballast, usually filled with water, to stabilise structures where nothing can be anchored to the ground: truss bases, towers, banners or light outdoor set-ups. The Manfrotto G200-1 Sand Bag Large is a nylon ballast bag from Manfrotto that sits on the legs of lighting stands, supports and tripods to keep them steady. You will need them for set-ups exposed to wind, close to the audience or on surfaces where drilling is not allowed, such as squares, gardens, hotels or exhibition centres. To choose, think about the load: barrels for structures and large bases; sandbags for small and medium stands. The ballast required depends on each structure and venue, so always follow the manufacturer's instructions or those of the event's technical manager. You can combine them with our truss, totem and rigging hire. Ask for a quote and availability at info@peaksound.es or on +34 636 410 986 (phone and WhatsApp).
