About the Manfrotto G200-1 Sand Bag Large

The Manfrotto G200-1 Sand Bag Large is a black nylon sandbag designed to weigh down stands and supports. It holds up to 10 kg of sand and weighs just 0.28 kg empty, so it travels light and can be filled wherever it is needed. We offer Manfrotto G200-1 Sand Bag Large rental in Madrid and throughout Spain for photographers, film crews and event technicians who need occasional counterweight without buying kit.

What it is rented for

According to Manfrotto, the bag is meant to counterbalance heavy photographic equipment, for example when turning a light stand into a boom stand, or as ballast on other stands. It can be useful at photo shoots, film shoots, productions and events whenever a stand or support needs extra stability. If you need more ballast, it could be paired with other counterweights in our catalogue, such as the Bidones 120L. Ask what is included when you request a quote.
