What it is rented for
Midas designed it for live and studio use, so it can work for gigs, venues, corporate events or theatre, at FOH or on monitors. With a Midas DL16 or DL32 stage box over AES50, the preamps stay on stage and a single network cable runs to the desk. It could be paired with catalogue microphones (Shure SM58, SM57 and Beta 52A, DPA 4099, Sennheiser EM 500 G4 wireless, Radial J48 DI boxes) and with Funktion-One or L'Acoustics X12 and SB18 systems.
