Funktion-One is a British loudspeaker manufacturer founded in 1992 by Tony Andrews and John Newsham, known for its purple cabinets, its commitment to horn loading and the systems it has supplied to clubs such as Berghain (Berlin) and the now-closed Space (Ibiza). For live venues, small clubs and theatres, the EVO X is a fully horn-loaded full-range enclosure that the manufacturer recommends combining with F Series or BR Range bass, such as the BR121; the BR Range is designed for indoor venues and smaller outdoor events. The F1201 is a compact two-way enclosure with 12" and 1" drivers. For more low end, the F218 MKII is a subwoofer with two 18" drivers. From the Resolution series we have the Res 2 SH and the Res 4, and on stage the PSM18 is an 18" PSM series model for monitoring. To choose, tell us about the space, whether it is indoors or outdoors, the music and the expected audience, and we will prepare a quote; when you request it, ask what is included. As an official distributor, we also sell Funktion-One and carry out fixed installations.
