About the Rodec MX 180

The Rodec MX180 MKIII is the 1999 version of the MX180, the four-channel analogue DJ mixer the Belgian brand launched in 1990 and one that many professionals still regard as a standard. This version has three master outputs (Master 1, Master 2 and Monitor), balance on every channel and dual stereo VU meters, in a 19" rack format. Rodec halted all its production in 2014; Peak Entertainment offers Rodec MX180 MKIII rental in Madrid and across the whole of Spain.

What it is rented for

It suits club booths, vinyl nights and DJ events. The four phono inputs take up to four Technics 1200 MK7 turntables with Ortofon Concorde Club MKII Twin cartridges, and every channel also has CD/DAT and MD/AUX inputs for players such as the Pioneer CDJ 3000. The crossfader blends channels 1-2 against 3-4, and talk-over pulls the music down when you speak into the DJ mic. Ask for availability and a quote for the full setup, including Funktion-One sound, a brand we officially distribute in Spain.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to rent the Rodec MX180 MKIII?

Is it the Rodec MX180 50th Anniversary?

No. This mixer is a Rodec MX180 MKIII, the 1999 version, with its three master outputs, balance on every channel and dual stereo VU meters. The Rodec MX 180 50th Anniversary, the limited edition from 2004, has its own page in our catalogue.

Can I connect turntables and CDJs at the same time?
