About the Pioneer CDJ 3000

The Pioneer CDJ 3000 is the professional DJ multi player that Pioneer DJ launched in 2020 to replace the CDJ 2000 NXS2, part of a CDJ range considered the industry standard. Peak Entertainment offers Pioneer CDJ 3000 hire in Madrid and across Spain for clubs, festivals, private events and productions. It is rented because it is today's booth benchmark and plays from USB and SD with no laptop required. Not to be confused with the AlphaTheta CDJ 3000X, which has its own catalogue listing.

What it is rented for

It can be used in club booths, on festival stages, at weddings and private parties with a DJ, at brand presentations or for set recordings. For mixing, our catalogue includes the Pioneer DJM 900 NXS2, DJM A9 and DJM V10, plus analogue or rotary mixers such as the Allen & Heath Xone:92, PlayDifferently Model 1 or Rane MP2015. The Pioneer Stand CDJ 3000, a stand for this player, is also in the catalogue, and Technics 1210 M5G turntables can be added if the set includes vinyl. Key specs

• 9-inch full-colour HD LCD touch screen, with maximum brightness improved by more than 150% over the CDJ 2000 NXS2.
• New MPU, the first in a CDJ, with 96 kHz/32-bit floating-point audio processing for every playable format.
• 8 Hot Cue buttons below the waveform, Beat Jump buttons from 1/2 to 64 beats, and dedicated 4-beat and 8-beat loop controls.
• Key Sync automatically matches the next track's key to the master deck; Key Shift moves it up or down from the touch screen.
• Touch Preview auditions a track in the browser by touching its waveform; Touch Cue does the same with another part of the playing track. Pioneer DJ documents Link Cue preview with the DJM V10 or DJM 900 NXS2 over Pro DJ Link.
• Pro DJ Link over Gigabit Ethernet: up to 6 CDJ 3000 units share music from USB and SD with a compatible 6-channel mixer such as the DJM V10; the cache holds the full track and keeps playing if the network drops.
• Plays from USB and SD (FAT, FAT32, exFAT and HFS+; no NTFS), with no CD drive. 329 × 453 × 118 mm (W × D × H) and 5.5 kg.
