About the Mytek 8 x ADDA 192
The Mytek 8X192 ADDA is an eight-channel analogue-to-digital and digital-to-analogue converter, 24-bit up to 192 kHz with optional DSD, which Mytek describes as suitable for the most demanding mastering and recording applications. We offer Mytek 8 x ADDA 192 hire in Madrid and across Spain for recording and mastering studios. Mytek now lists it among its legacy products, manufactured in the past, so hiring one is the simplest way to have it on hand for a specific project.
What it is rented for
It works as the main converter between a DAW and an analogue chain in recording and mastering: its eight analogue inputs and eight outputs let you insert outboard and return to digital at 192 kHz. It could be paired with processors from our catalogue such as the Avalon 737 SP, Crane Song Ibis or SSL Xlogic G Series Compressor. Its XLR monitor outputs, which the manual says can go straight to powered speakers, could feed a pair of Barefoot Micro Main 27. Connection depends on the DIO card fitted: tell us your system when asking about availability.
